MWEB POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have move over from another service provider to Mweb. Catherine was so helpful with everything up until my domain has to be moved over to them. I have sen continues emails to no avail. Its useless to phone the call sales department as you hang on for ages, if someone picks up they say they will give Catherine a message. This is a business line and I was under the impression It will get excellent service. I have my doubts now.
