Mweb poor customer service!

I orderd a LTE rooter with uncapped telkom simcard from Mweb, i recieved it via courier on the 28 September, i courier the sealed box to my daughter in eastern cape, she made sure first that there is telkom signal, my grand daugther has a telkom simcard in her tablet, since she recieved the LTE router it's not in use because the simcard can't get signal, i send Mweb e mails, send numorous quieries on website, inbox them on facebook! Last week a mweb tech phoned and asked for my daughters gps location, i gave it to him, a telkom tech phoned me and told me he would phone back on monday 15th Oct, and Mweb sent me a sms to say that they would phone me back on 15th Oct, nobody phoned me, i phoned so much airtime out to get help but nothing! I got a statement that i must pay over a R1000, the courier cost of R299 that i paid already was not deducted! Now i must pay sll that money for a device that was never used and none of this people at Mweb can phone and advise me of the way foward! I want to cancel this contract! I can't pay for something that i csn't use! Poor customer service! Really!
