MWEB Poor customer service

This is my first month with Mweb, they were fast to call and activate, but for a simple query I have its been days trying to get hold of someone. Wasting airtime staying in the call queue for over minutes a time, because the online chat service is just as bad. Is there not any descent ISPs left?
