Mweb Poor Communication and Unresolved Internet Issues

I have been a customer of Mweb and have been extremely disappointed with their service. Despite paying for their services, I have experienced persistent internet connection issues. What's worse is their lack of effective communication. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but they are unresponsive and unhelpful.

Cancelling my contract has also been a nightmare. I urge others to think twice before committing to Mweb until they improve their service and customer support.
