Mweb Poor Communication after receiving Their R249 activation fees .

I have recently cancelled my rain account to try get Fibre via Metrofibre .

However On Instagram Mweb advertised they can get this done for me and that I should pay R249.00 for activation .

I paid the R249 about a week ago . No communication on their App or via customer care to state when the router will be delivered . I wish to get that R249.00 back and actually sign up with metro fibre directly . Mweb is a ****. Super unprofessional to new clients . Stay away guys . If this is how I am treated before it arrives imagine when I have received their router .
