Mweb poor client service

Mweb told me that i can expect a call from them today, i'm waiting for weeks now, no call today, they bill'ed me over a R1000 for a router and a lte simcard thats useless and was not once in use since 28Sept, there is no assitance what so ever from them and just want to cancel all this and send it back to them! I will not use my airtime to phone them again because its over a R100 airtime a shot and still no help!
