Mweb - Poor client satisfaction

I am extremely unhappy with the services I've received as a new customer. False advertising of product pricing and poor client services. Signed up online where I completed my info, and email and SMS was sent that my application is approved. Vumatel installed the fiber quickly and efficiently but 6 days later I still have no mweb router. I have had NO communication what soever from any mweb consultant to explain to me how everything will work. No feedback on online queries but yet I've received emails with statements. This is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.
