MWeb poor client customer care
Absolute shocking pathetic service ito tecnical support and termination of contract

Communication via telephone (7 calls waiting period if min 30 min), mweb app useless mechanism in assisting time for reply varies to 2 hours and whatsupline is a ghost. I jyst now need to terminate my service and still no response from MWeb Retention section. Pathetic custimer service after I was a clustomer for several years.
