Mweb poor aftersales service

Ive been trying for days to connect with Mweb - they recorded my cell number incorrectly and all OTPs are directed to the incorrect number. They dont answer calls nor respond to social media messages. I refuse to complete any documents because the mistake is on their side. They are the worst for after sales service!
