MWEB POOOR, BADDDD AND UNRESPONSIVE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I have been offline for 4 days, logged a query and called but no response. went to Twitter they still don't respond and they have stopped queries on their customer portal so that I cant send complaints. I am done with Mweb poor and unresponsive company. I expect them not to reply or do anything as they are useless and ******* people and make empty promises. I lost international clients that I had serious business meeting with via zoom because of this stupid company.
