Mweb policies, immoral and *********

I was a customer of a web and changed to Web Africa a couple of years ago. To this day I am still being charged a monthly fee by Mweb. I queried this today only to be told that I need to give a months cancellation notice. I find it totally immoral and ********* that an organization will charge a fee for a service that they did not provide irrespective of the fine print. Mweb have directed me to their cancellation policy but have not sent me a copy of the signed contract which I requested ( they have come back to me to say that they have not found a record that I cancelled the policy and now the onus is on me to prove that I have). Absolutely pathetic, I urge all potential clients to be aware of this company -clearly totally against treating customers fairly. Steer clear of Mweb, a bunch of *******!!!!
