Mweb---- please don't use them

I am paying for a 1GBPS line with Mweb. I have had the line for 6 months now. I have NEVER had my line even close to 1 GBPS. The company also makes it impossible to get hold of them and they will not rectify the situation. The post sale service is dismal, the service of the product is dismal. The company is very disappointing. We are bound in a 12 month contract with them, but they offer no service at all.
