Mweb please don't' call yourself a "service" provider.

We have been without internet connectivity since last Thursday, their support desk are less than capable and either cut you off or leave you hanging for 30 minutes. they don't offer any solutions and close off requests without testing or customer feedback. logged additional requests on their app but i guess it went to the same training as their call agents. totally dissatisfied with their service.
