Mweb plays innocent

We app**** for mweb adsl on 20 August 2015. The very next day the router was delivered and i was so impressed. However ever since there was no communication about adsl connection except for an auto response ref *** in<br> reply to an email send to mweb enquiring about the delay. When enquired on 3 september we were told they were waiting for ownership. When enquiring again about the delay on friday we were told they were waiting for the exchange from telkom. Upon asked how long it will still be we were told that they dont know. One call to telkom and it was established that as from 21 august 2015 untill friday there were no follow proper follow up from mweb. The telkom operator assisted me in less than<br> 10 minutes and gave a reference number requesting me to ask mweb to try again after 36 to 48 hours. When advising mweb we were told that now it will take even longer than the 10 days we were told upon initial application for adsl. Mweb advertise they manage with telkom on behalf of the customet but do they realy do what they preach on adverts or is it only misleading?
