mWeb people are great IF you can get hold of them...

It is almost impossible to contact anyone at mWeb. After days of trying various options, in frustration, I eventually placed a call through Technical Support to get to Billing/Account Support. All I wanted was to request a refund of my account balance. The number rang for over 25minutes before an agent got to me! Once I got to speak to someone the matter was resolved very quickly. The problem I see is a shortage of humans to help customers.
