MWEB: PATHETICALLY ***********

Should you be wanting to do business with MWeb, think again. This is the poorest, most *********** service I have ever received. Their billing department is so *********** that 3 of my payments were never processed to my account, even after sending them my bank statements as proof of payment and they deactivated my account. After numerous calls and may I say raised voices I received my statement again today and guess what? It's still not fixed which will result in my account being deactivated again!! I have been on and off wifi which I cannot afford due to the fact that I work at home. I am cancelling this service. They should not even been given a star even though in red. Oh and the best of all is that they have the incorrect service numbers on their website. Phone that number and you get: THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED DOES NOT EXIST. Now how's that for a business that claims they are the BEST??????
