Spoke to Scott twice this week for assistance trying to see why my upgrade has been sorted as yet. he keeps transferring you to a no. where yiu get cut off. he is arrogant and totally useless. you hold on for +- 15mins for this kind of service. totally unacceptable. i will definitely be moving to another service provider. pathetic customer service and no email for customer services
