MWEB PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!

I've requested for the move from one area to the next with my move and have had nothing but issues and lies!!!! Was told my line would be active from the 30th of this month and to this date nothing has been done. I have literally been doing the work on behalf of MWEB. Spoke to a manager by the name of Sam on Saturday who said it'll be sorted out today and she'll call me on Monday. Still no call which is the culture there at MWEB. Constantly pointing fingers at openserve not taking responsibility for their incompetence. Openserve don't operate on weekends apparently??? In my opinion is terrible on their behalf creating an issue for us the consumers. I phoned MWEB again today and once again been put on hold for 15 min and come through to someone who is hired as a pedestal (just sits there and is absolutely has no use besides decorative to the office. Why is it so difficult to get things done???? Quick to take my money month end but don't want to work for it
