MWEB - PATHETIC SERVICE!! AS A RESULT I WANT TO CANCEL MY NEW SUBSCRIPTION!!!

New subscription for fibre. Cannot link my router. Paid for a service I cannot use. I tried to call- cannot get to through - the call disconnects after a few attempts. I logged a query NO response. Logged another query still no response. No it wont let me log another query as the limit is reached. ***! I want to cancel my subscription immediately... cannot even contact anyone to cancel!!
