Mweb - pathetic service and network

We have been clients of Mweb for a number of years and there service has gone from bad to worse. The call centre is pathetic. First you hold of for a long time - then they ask for telephone number. A year ago my cellphone number changed - we have submitted the forms to Mweb on numerous occasions but it seems they are totally incapable of chaning the number. Every single time there is a problem with the rooter (which is often) and we phone the call center operator struggles to assist us because of the incorrect detail they have on the system. Then they inform us to do what we have been doing over and over - submit forms.

We now relocated and for Mweb to install the router to our new premises they expect us to conclude a new contract for a year - which I don’t want to do because I want to leave them when I want to and not be tied down.

Now I have want to cancel with Mweb - which also seems an impossibility as I there bot on their website is not working and it does not recognize me as a client - even with my email.

We also find numerous times that the speed we paid for we have not received.

Useless company stay away and look for other options. There are/
