MWEB PATHETIC SERVICE

My internet is doen. I must have spent a total of 4 to 5 hours sitting in the ohone trying to get assistance. Absolutely poor service and total lack of customer care. Sad to say but i will need yo move service providers as MWEBs service is disgusting
