Pathetic service from mweb..

Had router for two weeks and stopped working, was told to replace it myself. incorrect info from consultants... don't know what they are doing or saying....had to hold more than an hour to speak to Carmen Lombard who is supposed to be the manager and was never attended to...the free router and installation is nonsense as i was told i cant cancel because its like a contract and i have to pay subscription for atleast a year.......poor poor service.
