Mweb - PATHETIC SERVICE

Terrible terrible terrible... technician came out to resolve the issue and left thr lines on the floor, promised to come back to put it back up. Its now 2 weeks and no sign of him. Internet is down again as a result of his negligence. I called the call centre, waited for over an hour to be assisted, the call centre agent was extremely rude and practically screamed at me. When i asked for his name, he cut the call. They have the audacity of increasing subscriptions but can't do anything about their service levels. Even a 1 star rating is too much for them!!
