MWEB PATHETIC SERVICE

I am never able to speak to an agent. I call and I wait for an hour or 2 and nobody speaks to you. I go online and do a live chat and all they do is pass you to different departments and nothing gets resolved. I am looking to give Mweb money but it seems like they do not need it. This is so frustrating
