MWEB pathetic service

Seems like I'm one of multiple people frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service from our friends at Mweb. Signed up 2wks ago, TP installed last week and since then not a word. Except for the many emails and sms's I've received telling me my service is active and they will collect payment in 5 days. All of this without a router or ONT installed??? You have got to be joking. Try and debit the monies....lets see
