MWEB; PATHETIC SERVICE

If you want frustration and stress, kindly go to MWEB. I moved from one unit to the other within the same complex and 1 month later l am not reconnected. Their customer service is PATHETIC. No one bothers to give any timely/accurate updates and when l call l am taken from pillar to post. I wish there was a 0-star rating because they deserve even lower than that.
