Mweb Pathetic service!

Pathetic service!!! I'm still waiting for my router almost 3 weeks now! There's no communication nothing whatsoever!!! I will not even in my desperate moment recommend your service to anyone!!! Had I known I would not have app**** for service from you!!! 2 months already I still don't have any fibre connection!!!
