MWEB- Pathetic & NO service provider

What an excuse of a company!... I have app**** for fibre connection at my home on the 28th May.....To date I have not even received the router or any explanation when the installation will take place...I have then in the meantime acquired the services of another provider that sorted me out quickly.... To date I have only been receiving emails from MWEB that they are going to disconnect my services and retrieve the router (that was not event delivered yet)...I am being charged on top of that......For NO services provided?....How do they manage this?.....I have also being trying to speak to a human via their customer service line but to NO AVAIL! (spending hours waiting on the call having to listen to the same message over and over).....They are useless and they deserve NO space in the service provider arena!.... I know this will fall on deaf ears however I need to warn you people out there....PLEASE refrain from acquiring services from this pathetic company....
