MWEB - pathetic ****ming service provider

It has been over a month since awaiting fibre and WiFi connectivity with MWEB. The router they sent me was faulty and they assured to replace it which they didn’t. I immediately requested for them to cancel my account. The manager I spoke to who had confirmed that she has cancelled my account was Nicole Wyngaard. This was a lie! My account is still active and I have calling nonstop requesting this with no assistance whatsoever. Mweb is a pathetic service provider that misleads customers. I have been requesting they deactivate, cancel and send me proof via email but they have not done so. I have sent countless emails with no response. They do not answer phone calls, I spend 30minutes+ waiting for them to answer- nothing. They are billing me yet I do not have a product with them. My level of fury and frustration cannot be expressed.
