MWEB - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve been without MWEB internet/fibre for 4 weeks and still no resolution. This is beyond unacceptable. Paying for a service that simply doesn’t work, with zero accountability or urgency.

I’ve been emailing non-stop and staying on the customer care line for hours just to receive multiple ticket numbers but no solutions.

I have complained on Facebook, Instagram, X and Google Reviews, but no one has responded.

Pathetic customer experience. It’s 2026; do better.

I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!!!
