Mweb - Pathetic Customer Service

Mweb must be the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I contacted them a week ago to query why a promised speed upgrade had not been processed. To date I have not even had a confirmation that my query had been received. They have ignored my logged query, communication from linklayer (who's customer service is excellent) and have now blocked me from logging further queries. Do not even consider signing up with Mweb,
