Mweb Package incorrect

Please see below email correspondence and the contract we took out from Dylan

It is 10mbps unthrolled // uncapped package

We also asked Dylan to confirm which he did

Now I see that I'm paying for something I dont want

Please cancel or sort it out IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT MY REFUND AND DYLAN NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED FOR ALL THAT HIS DOING

I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER
