Mweb Paathetic Service

I have never experienced incompetence like this in my life. It takes you not less than 30 minutes to speak with someone. No replies to queries logged on their web. I received the router within 2 days of my order and I thought that was quick great service. Not long after installation came but was not able to use the wifi as it did wanted to connect I called afrohost they guided me everyday on how to setup wifi but didnt work, was transferred to different departments only to find out that I hard to waot 2weeks, waited for 2weeks only to find out it was cancelled then called stallation people to say it is active but I was not able to make us of it. I what sapped Afrihost and they said that I needed a line number which I got but then I had to contact mweb Meeb to cancel. I emailed I called, holder on the line forever for no answer and still to this day no response - these providers are appointed by Mweb but it seems Mweb does not take any responsibility for their incompetence. You cannot escalate your query - as these no contactable - no email addresses - just a contact number (which is pathetic) and web query facility (no replies). I am still today trying to get it cancelled as their useless and I'm not able to cancel it on Mweb's site as it say I need to call them which now wasting my time as I logged query issue with no connecting and now yo cancel but no one is getting back to me. Please can you help me as I am ****ed off now with the pathetic service.
