Mweb owes me money but disconnects me?

How on earth do you have a major company like MWEB with all the technologies send you an invoice with banking details but they don't allow you to use the banking details and here I have to sit for 7 days without internet. Ridiculous! Very very Ridiculous! They owe me money but they disconnect me!
