MWEB - over a month waiting for order and get run around when call!

Placed order on the 4th October for the Uncapped Pure DSL - installation ready on the 8th October 2022…. I am still waiting for the installation - a month later!!!! I have phoned 4 times – still waiting for feedback! Call and log to report order – just goes on repeat with entering my number… If this is your initial service – do not want to know how you take care of your existing customers!!!!

So please do not worry – I would like to cancel this order, as MWEB obviously does not want new customers or my money – also had other people that were interested in our product – but have lost them too! Please advise once the order has been cancelled…
