Mweb - over a month and no fiber

I signed up for Fiber at my new residence a month prior to moving in to ensure the Fibre was up and running by the date of occupation.

To date.. I have called, emailed, used the chat box on the website and no one has come to install the ONT box.

I work from home and besides all the airtime used on calling, I have used a large amount of data in order to Hotspot from my phone.

I have also been debited a large amount, an amount larger than I was quoted... But have no fiber to show for it.

I am loosing my patience here and am about to cancel and to with another supplier.

Useless and costing me money every day!
