MWEB OTP NOT WORKING ON WEBSITE, ONLiNE QUERIES OR CALLS . .. HELP !!!

Hey, MWEB, I hope this time you will respond because you have a serious problem with your system and I am sure there are many MWEB customers out there experiencing the same problem I am having, that is . . . I do not receive the OTP on my cell phone when requesting full access to your website and guess what . . . when phoning your call centre, after going through all the fancy security checks, you must type in the OTP that they send you, BUT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD I DONOT RECEIVE THE OTP AND THAT IS WHY I AM TRYING TO PHONE YOU. COME ON GUYS, YOU REALLY CANNOT HAVE SUCH A STUPID SYSTEM. ONE MORE THING, WHEN LOGGING AN ON LINE QUERY, YOU NEED WHAT . . . YOU GUESSED IT AN OTP WHICH I AN NOT GETTING !!!!! I am a retired pensioner and I cannot afford to use too much airtime phoning around. Will somebody at MWEB have the decency, the moral fibre, the dignity to attend the this matter.
