Mweb opened an account for someone I don’t know using my identity.

Mweb opened an account for someone i do not know on my names, bow the account is handed over to debt collectors, they dont verify or atleast request a certified copy when they open an account. I have my own account with them, which is up to date, which after this is sorted im cancelling the contract.
