Mweb/ Open Serve is a disappointment

Can i just say I have had the worst experience ever with this company together with open serve. I got a sms saying that I was scheduled for installation on the 2/11/2021 to please confirm, which I did I sat and waited the entire day and they didn't pitch. I called the call center and a lady by the name Ameerah said it showed on her system my installation was only the 5/11/2021. Then my nightmare started the contractors came installed a device and I was told to call the service provider to get user names and passwords which I did the 8/11/2021. So there I am trying to access the device with info privided by them and to no avail. I've been calling the call center ever since I've spoken to an Akona, Rori,Thapelo,Nowieso,Aliya, Thebeka,Thembelato, Thumani, Thabisa and lastly Machdie. Eventually on the 16/11/2021 a gentlemen by the name of Kobus comes out and finds the installer Alister put an incorrect device he then gets Alister to come and remove and reinstall a device. Alister then leaves and guess what I still don't have a fiber. The light keeps flashing. I then go online and track my fault and it says fault cleared. How is this possible I ask cause i still don't have a service. The cherry on the cake is Mweb has invoiced me a Pro rater fee that they expect to be paid and yet I still do not have connection. Disappointed is an under statement.
