MWEB Open serve fiber price cut is just deceptive

Advertised “MWEB CUTS OPEN SERVE FIBER Prices. They don’t want to reduce my monthly premium. When I call my calls get cut off, sales reps say they will call me back but don’t. Held on for over 25 minutes only for a sales rep to say he can’t hear me and cut my call. Why wasn’t there an automated price cut they know their customers. I read we must call and beg for what they willingly advertised
