MWEB, OPEN SERVE

I would like to say thanks to MWEB for NOT supplying any service to me. I registered for fiber on 9 July. They say they did escalate it to the service provider Open Serve. They say it should take 14 days. It has now been almost a month but no installation what so ever. I have called their hotline and left at least 12 to 15 messages to call back but only received 1 sms. And still no installation. Thanks again for nothing!!!
