mweb: one of the worst isp's

sO IF mweb spamming me for trying to force me is not enough with about 10 smses before 12am today;
THEY ARE NOW FORCING ME TO ACCEPT A PARCEL "pending delivery package" that I DID NOT AGREE TO.
I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING MWEB, AND I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO ACCEPT ANYTHING OR PAY MORE FOR A SERVICE YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERING TO BE AS ISP, AS AN EXCUSE FOR YOU TO ASSIST ME.

"Your order is pending" I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU.

How do I know I won't be charged for this unknown parcel?
Please confirm: What time will this parcel be delivered?

No communication from MWEB regarding the forced parcel.
Just: "Your order is pending" via sms.
You won't be able to get hold of anyone even if you do phone in.
No respect for person's or trading / meeting hours (time) or customers' hard earned money.

Mweb? Do you not understand the severity of the matter?

still no communication from them at just before 2pm.

they really expect me to ditch my work & life and go wait in the street for them. wow. this is a repeated demand via sms.
but they want you to keep paying more for the same service they promised you, initially.
really perplexed about all this?

after almost two months of arrogantly being told by mweb, being verbally abused, belittled and ignored over the phone & informed by mweb that i need to suck it up and keep quiet to accept the worst ever upload speed of 2 mbps and less... or told that i better upgrade to a better package to actually get what i signed up for originally...
I was demanded & informed to wait for them in the street today:
still nothing. they as mweb don't know how to communicate.
and then i was informed via sms, a short while ago, this afternoon:
That MTN has now advised them that one of their towers in my area is offline. ETA indefinitely not to be fixed.
Yet for weeks on end I have been treated like **** for asking what the problem is and why it is persisting.
they have treated me horribly for it being a "schlep" to restart my line whenever it suited them, and without them notifiying me... as they felt like it... now, I must keep quiet still about an indefinite unsolved ETA for them to fix their issues they have been blaming me for.
It seems the best is yet to come.

not sure how to take mweb seriously anymore...
when you have a free gift for me, arrange with me in advance (time, place & date to be convenient for me also). and provide me with the written details in advance.
let your courier pick up the phone if and when said arrival materializes.

however, i am most definitely not paying you more for what I already was offered & accepted, at the original package or price.

so now you as mweb logged a faulty line query on my behalf saying "no connectivity" instead of what the actual problem is... yet i am still not able to submit a query for myself to state the truth. like i said: can't take you seriously, mweb.

oh and the query also states: they will test. iow
they want to mess me around further during the times when i need the internet to be functional and without notice, and they expect me to phone after them while they verbally abuse and misinform me further?

Well, it's Monday morning 11.35am.
Received this sms a few minutes ago: (more instructions and demands from mweb's side):
"Good day, MTN confirmed the network fault was restored and requested further testing to be done. Please contact us on *** to assist. Regards Mweb"

The speeds remain unchanged and unaffected, yet they are washing their hands of not offering me service:
