Mweb onboarding Disappointment. Terrible experience.

What a disappointment of a company! What an awful experience. What a waste of my money. if you fibre line is with TT Connect just go with Afrihost they are cheaper also.

Sales person got my order wrong. You await 15 minutes just to get a hold of someone to follow up on an order. The person told me they will rectify it and I will receive an email or SMS and I have received nothing. I call today to wait another 20 minutes on the line to be told nothing has changed and my order is still the same. Imagine this is onboarding experience. I never got the option to choose where router should be delivered too they chose the address for me.

I cannot imagine what being their customer actually feels like. They ask you for your ID number send you a OTP to confirm you account only for you to do it all over again on the phone.

Sies guys you are full of nonsense. Do better
