MWEB OMW WHAT A FRUSTRATION, RATHER USE ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER

One star is to much for the terrible service I received. My internet was downgraded without notification of any sort. 5 days without internet yet they took my payment open handed month end. I have been sent from pillar to post. Promises was made ant not kept and then when I spoke to Rieda Hoosain supposed Client care manager if that is even true, she just revered me once again after all my frustration and irritation, complains logged, calls made and dropped numerous times...what the....I NEED MY ACCOUNT SORTED OUT!!!!!!
