Mweb Office 365 License Key

I have a subscription with MWEB for my Office 365, and I'm still waiting for my Licence Key for renewal. It expired on the 25. Oct. 2023,. I sent a query on the 19th of October. The Tech department said it would automatically renew, and I will receive an SMS. Today 3 days later I still have not received the License Key and Office 365 is not working now. This is absolutely unacceptable.
