MWEB OFFER THE WORST SERVICES!!!

I feel bul**** and dissapointed by Mweb. Their services and communication are terrible, to say the least. I subscribed with them for internet services after installing a fibre connection. Since the installation, we never got internet from them however they deducted their monthly instalments. Despite multiple calls, emails and whatsapp chats to no avail. They take ages to respond to phone calls and then when they finally pick up and I speak to a consultant, they hanged up the phone call TWICE after telling them my problem. They only send me an email when I terminate my subcription, not when I contact them for their lack of services. Instead they continue to bully me by taking monthly instalments for services that they have never rendered since my subcription with them. This is the worst service ever.
