Mweb of Lies

I am absolutely appalled by the service received from Mweb!!

I was contacted by Mweb regarding cancellation of my line, which I made NO such a request, at any time!!

Despite numerous e-mails with Nawaal Collins, Victoria Benjamin, Refqah Davids-Paleker as well as numerous phone calls with Mweb, my line was still terminated on the 6th of August 2024.

I have sent numerous e-mails, and nobody is coming back to me. When I call Mweb, I was told they would call me back once a message has been sent to Nawaal Collins.

This is absolutely disgusting service... How do you cancel someones line, when they paid for the month, and NEVER requested the cancellation??

Mweb needs to have my line instated with immediate effect, and I want the evidence of where this request was done to cancel the line!
