Mweb not wort it

MWEB is the worst fibre provider I’ve ever dealt with. There is no accountability, no ownership, and no genuine attempt to resolve issues. Every interaction is met with excuses, deflection, and poor communication. Instead of assisting customers, they look for loopholes that benefit them. To make matters worse, threatening messages are sent rather than offering professional support or solutions. This has been an exhausting and unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering MWEB to think twice before signing up.
