Mweb not worried about hackers

I have requested a new password in August 2019 due to hacker demands and threats. I have sent through the top request and still nobody has called me to change my password. The hackers continue to burrow into my account and Mweb is not particular worried. I pay R649 per month and receive terrible security from this company, terrible!
