MWEB NOT USER FRIENDLY

I placed an order and it's impossible to get help or to contact mweb. I can't log into the app with the information they send me. I can't get them on a phone, the machine ask for your Id number and after entering it says you haven't enter a number. I ordered 3 days ago and are not nearby knowing when I will receive my order. No updates. The online Rica I can't get it done. I am very disappointed!!!
